I have always drawn. I've always wanted to record things, to break down the contours of my surroundings and reinterpret them. Throughout my early years working in window display design and then in the theatre I was forever sketching, doing watercolours and working with oils and pastels. I now combine painting with photography."
For several years Annie Timothy was co director of a local Art Gallery, L’Artichaut, worked for a time at Pallant House Gallery, Chichester, and organises independent and charity exhibitions.
Annie Timothy has exhibited and sold work mainly in Sussex, Hampshire, Birmingham, Kent and London.
